Job Summary
Phlebotomist for Field Laboratory at an addiction-recovery clinic. Responsibilities include collecting urine samples and performing blood draws on addiction-recovery patients, completing required paperwork with patients present, and maintaining high accuracy in documentation. Duties also include inventory management of sampling supplies, ordering as needed, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Must work efficiently with a team of addiction-recovery professionals. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week). 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred. Qualifications emphasize adaptability, reliable transportation, good communication, customer service, computer skills, EMR experience (KIPU a plus).
