Job Summary
Phlebotomist/Processor performing venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, and patient-focused service across multiple sites. Responsibilities include: administrative duties (customer service, phones, instrument alarms), technical duties (venipuncture, specimen preparation), accurate data management, and proper specimen packaging with compliance to HIPAA, Medicare rules, and QA processes. Flexibility to cover shifts at different sites; emphasis on reliability and teamwork. Required: high school diploma or equivalent and MA-P certification; phlebotomy experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Schedule: Monday–Friday 10am–7pm in Washington state with benefits including health, 401(k), PTO, and in-house diagnostic testing. Salary: $17.50-$23.70 per hour (annualized to $36,400-$49,296).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Washington Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification (MA-P) required
- Previous on-the-job phlebotomy experience preferred
