Job Summary
Phlebotomists are responsible for drawing and collecting blood samples from patients of all ages, verifying records, and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. They follow SOP instructions and established guidelines, working under the supervision of a Phlebotomy Lead. Key qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, certification from a recognized body, and knowledge of collection devices and anatomy practices. Competency in independent work and training new staff is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledgeable to maintain Worklist & keep up with order timeline
- Competent to work independently
- Ability to train new staff
- Excellent cooperation with nursing staff
