Job Summary
Phlebotomist Part Time at LabCorp in Anderson, CA. Responsibilities include performing blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, collecting specimens for drug screens and other tests, data entry of patient information, processing billing information, preparing specimens for testing, maintaining logs, and delivering Superior customer service. Requires high school diploma or GED and CA phlebotomy license (or license application at time of hire); 1+ month phlebotomy experience preferred. May travel to additional sites and work various shifts; training provided. Benefits available for eligible staff; quarterly incentive plan possible for PSTs. Strong communication, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to work overtime are desired.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- California State phlebotomy license or license application may meet requirement at time of hire
- 1+ months of phlebotomist experience preferred
- Ability to travel to additional sites as needed
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Color blindness test (must pass)
