Job Summary
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, process billing information, and enter patient data accurately. Maintain patient and specimen logs while providing superior customer service at the Patient Service Center or Client office. Travel to additional sites when needed and complete administrative duties. Work Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 2:30pm, Fridays 8:30am to 2:00pm, and rotating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 2:30pm, Fridays- 8:30am-2:00pm and rotating Saturdays

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
