Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, then enter patient data accurately and timely while processing billing and payments. Maintain patient and specimen logs and handle administrative duties as necessary. Work Monday to Friday, four hours daily within a 6:45 AM to 1:00 PM window, totaling 20 hours weekly. This part-time role at Labcorp's Arlington, WA location supports our mission to improve health through vital diagnostic insights.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State issued Phlebotomy license (MA-P)
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 6 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist
