Job Summary
Perform blood collections and donor care procedures while ensuring donor eligibility and maintaining safety standards. Accurately document donor information and provide excellent customer service throughout the donation process. Support donor recruitment and scheduling efforts, and assist with mobile blood drive operations as needed. Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to serving the community in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Criminal background check
- Drug screen
