Job Summary
Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection across neonatal to geriatric patients, including difficult collections, and conduct point-of-care testing as instructed. Assist Lead Phlebotomist with procurement and processing services, support training and orientation of new employees, ensure specimen quality and timely reporting, and uphold policies/procedures within the laboratory environment. Require high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience.

- Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of Experience
- Substitutable Education & Experience: 1 Year of Experience may be substituted for formal training in Phlebotomy or related area
