Job Summary
Phlebotomist to perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, collect specimens for drug screens and tests, perform accurate data entry, process billing information, prepare specimens for testing, maintain logs, provide excellent patient service, handle administrative duties, and travel to additional sites as needed. Strong communication, ability to work independently or in a team, reliable transportation, and flexibility for overtime are emphasized. Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency is required; preferred experience includes 1+ year in phlebotomy; position offers comprehensive benefits and potential PST incentive bonus. The role is based in Warrenton, VA, with work schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
