Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Enter patient data accurately, process billing and payments, and prepare specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen logs while providing superior customer service and handling administrative duties. Travel to additional sites when needed and work independently under minimal supervision. Requires high school diploma, six months phlebotomy experience, and ability to pass a color blindness test. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with every fourth Saturday off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience as a phlebotomist
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
