Phlebotomist

Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, maintain patient and specimen logs, and enter patient data accurately and timely. Process billing information, collect payments, and provide superior customer service to all patients while fulfilling administrative duties. Travel to additional sites when needed and work Monday through Thursday from 7am to 5pm. This role is based in Winchester, TN, within a Patient Service Center or Client office, offering opportunities for continuous growth and participation in the PST Incentive Plan.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Monday-Thursday 7am-5pm work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
