Job Summary
Phlebotomist needed to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all ages at a Labcorp Patient Service Center in Lehi, UT. Responsibilities include collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity and alcohol tests, accurate data entry of patient information, processing billing as required, preparing specimens for testing, maintaining patient/specimen logs, delivering superior customer service, and handling administrative duties. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency (in lieu of work experience)
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
