Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist to perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups; collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests; data entry of patient information; process billing information and collect payments when required; prepare specimens for testing; maintain patient and specimen logs; provide superior customer service; perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary; travel to additional sites when needed. Requires High school diploma or GED or equivalent and California phlebotomy license (CPT); 1+ year preferred; bilingual in Spanish and English; color-vision screening; ability to work overtime; capable of working independently or in a team; reliable transportation. Pay range: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour with quarterly incentive bonus program; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO/FTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.
