Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis while maintaining accurate patient and specimen logs. Enter patient data timely, process billing information, and collect payments as required. Provide superior customer service to patients and handle administrative duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Travel to additional sites when needed
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience
- 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy
