Job Summary
Phlebotomist role in New York, NY involving blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages, specimen handling for tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), data entry of patient information, billing processing, and maintaining logs. Provides customer service at either a Patient Service Center or Client office; may travel to additional sites. Requires phlebotomy certification or completed training program or experience; high school diploma or GED. Opportunities for growth within Labcorp and a comprehensive benefits package available. May work with pediatric patients and bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to work independently or in a team and to adapt to overtime as needed. Pay range: $17.75-$26.00 per hour.
