Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, process billing information, and maintain accurate patient logs. Enter patient data timely and provide superior customer service to all patients while traveling to additional sites as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with flexibility for overtime and additional hours. This role is part of Labcorp's global mission to improve health and lives through advanced diagnostics and data-driven innovation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a Phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
