Job Summary
Phlebotomist needed at Labcorp in Moreno Valley, CA to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages, prepare specimens for testing, enter patient data, and assist with billing as needed. Role includes travel to additional sites, providing excellent patient service, and supporting administrative duties. Requires a California phlebotomy license (or licensed applicant in process) and a high school diploma or GED; 2-week training provided. Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus; comprehensive benefits for those scheduled 20+ hours. The position is at a Patient Service Center or Client office with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Valid California State issued Phlebotomy License (or application in lieu as stated)
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime
- Attend 2-week training in California
