Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist needed to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages at LabCorp locations, including Patient Service Centers or Client offices. Responsibilities include collecting specimens for drug screens, paternity and alcohol tests, data entry of patient information, processing billing information as needed, preparing specimens for testing, maintaining patient/specimen logs, and providing superior customer service. Administrative duties and occasional travel to additional sites are required. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and a valid California phlebotomy license; preferred qualifications include 1+ month of phlebotomy experience and prior LabCorp experience. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and flexibility to work overtime are expected. Training in California is required, with a quarterly incentive bonus program and comprehensive benefits for full-time schedules.
