Job Summary
Collect plasma from donors with safety, accuracy, and efficiency while adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Perform procedures with careful handling and precise documentation, utilizing advanced automated technology at our Houston or San Antonio centers. Provide donors with a positive and professional experience through strong interpersonal and communication skills, managing electronic record management and data entry. Work independently and collaboratively around whole blood, blood plasma, and bio-waste in a supportive environment that values professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and electronic record management
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability
- Problem-solving abilities
- Composure under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable working around whole blood, blood plasma, and bio-waste
- Agreement to participate in the background check process
