Job Summary
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting and processing patient specimens, performing venous and capillary collections, and maintaining sample integrity according to FMC policy. Duties include supporting outpatient collection locations, performing EKGs, culture collections, and customer service tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma, completion of a phlebotomy training program, and preferably hold a national phlebotomy certification.
