Job Summary
Phlebotomist II duties include obtaining venous, arterial, and capillary blood samples, performing venipunctures, and transporting specimens to the laboratory. Responsibilities also cover assisting with special procedures, ensuring proper patient identification and specimen delivery, and aiding in training/assessment of competency. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and national phlebotomy certification, plus at least six months of phlebotomy experience. Shift is 12-hour night at Dyersburg Hospital, TN.
Required Qualifications

- Certification as a phlebotomist by a national certification board
- Six months phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory or 100 successful sticks
