Job Summary
As a Phlebotomist II, the primary responsibility is to draw quality blood samples from patients for lab testing while ensuring a safe, professional, and trust-building environment. The position requires extensive patient interaction and involvement in maintaining accurate records and performing verification protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years phlebotomy experience required
- Phlebotomy certification preferred in California, Nevada, and Washington
Desired Qualifications
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training
- Customer service in a retail or service environment
- Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment
