Job Summary
Collect specimens for drug screens, biometric screenings, and insurance exams while administering oral solutions and verifying orders via lab technology systems. Process specimens by labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, and freezing them for transport, then handle non-patient duties including inventory, sanitizing, and billing. Maintain phlebotomy logs, complete training courses, and compile statistics as required. This role requires three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and involves rotational Saturdays, holidays, and on-call availability.
