Job Summary
Join Octapharma Plasma as a Phlebotomist I, responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high donor service standards, and performing venipunctures for plasma collection. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent (GED) required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal protocol required
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety regulations and procedure manuals required
- Ability to speak, read, write (legibly and accurately), and understand English required
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions required
- Demonstrates consistency and reliability (good attendance, punctuality) required
- Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts on a frequent basis required
- Ability to perform venipunctures required
- Effective communication skills required

- Minimum three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
