Job Summary
Phlebotomist needed to join Grifols' plasma center team. Responsibilities include assisting in determining donor suitability, establishing rapport and ensuring donor comfort and confidentiality, responding to donor reactions, monitoring donors and equipment, setting up and operating automated plasmapheresis machines, and safely disposing of contaminated equipment. Must perform in a plasma-center environment with PPE, standing 6–8 hours daily, and adhere to safety and instruction protocols. Emphasis on patient care, donor experience, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
