Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist position at Grifols plasma center in Reading, PA. Responsibilities include assisting in determining donor suitability, establishing rapport with donors to ensure donor happiness and confidentiality, responding to donor reactions, monitoring donor and equipment health, setting up, operating, and disconnecting automated plasmapheresis machines, and disposing of contaminated equipment. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work a flexible schedule, and obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and committed to keeping donors comfortable and satisfied.
