Job Summary
Phlebotomist required with 2+ years of experience in the specialty; handles laboratory data collection systems and equipment to ensure that requests for laboratory tests are properly ordered, cancelled, and charged for inpatients, outpatients, and institutional accounts; performs specimen collection procedures for inpatients and outpatients; performs non-technical specimen processing, preparation and distribution of specimens from patients; active Phlebotomist license and AHA BLS required; location in Atlanta, GA for a 13-week assignment with 8-to-5 days and nights shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomist license
- AHA BLS certification
- 2 years of experience in the specialty
- Recent hospital experience
