Job Summary
Phlebotomist sought for full-time day shift at Trinity location. Responsible for venipuncture and collection of specimens from newborns to adults, patient identification verification, labeling and preparation of specimens for testing, and adherence to CLIA-guided procedures. Performs limited testing under CLIA guidelines, answers calls, assists with inventory and equipment, processes specimens for testing, and handles data entry and reporting. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year phlebotomy experience (preferred); strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Includes Saturday shift with no Sundays. Benefits and total rewards discussed during interview. Eligible for compensation within the posted range based on qualifications and experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year phlebotomy experience (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and specimen handling
- Familiarity with CLIA guidelines
