Phlebotomist Floater

Phlebotomist Floater performing blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups across Multiple Indiana sites. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests; perform accurate data entry and logging of patient and specimen information; assist with processing specimens for testing; provide superior customer service; and handle administrative/clerical duties as needed. Travel to additional sites within Indiana as required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with hours varying between 7:00am–7:00pm and rotating Saturdays; full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy experience (or phlebotomy certification/training), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Additional attributes include effective communication, reliability, willingness to work overtime, and the capability to pass a color blindness test. Work locations include Fort Wayne, Wabash, LaGrange, Auburn, Huntington, Columbia City, and Kendallville, IN.
