Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Process billing information, collect payments, and enter patient data accurately. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis while maintaining patient and specimen logs. Provide superior customer service and handle administrative duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Monday through Friday, 6:00am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays. Requires full COVID-19 vaccination, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience; certification from an accredited agency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 2 year or more of phlebotomy experience
- In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Be at least 21 years' old
- This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- Travel to additional sites when needed
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, scheduled hours vary between 6:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays
