The Phlebotomist Floater position involves providing advanced phlebotomy services across multiple locations including Patient Service Centers and mobile environments. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of phlebotomy experience
- Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Keyboard/data entry experience required
- Advanced phlebotomy skills across all patient age groups
- Strong judgment, communication, and prioritization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required only in CA, NV, WA)
- Multi-site or mobile phlebotomy experience
- Mentoring or team lead experience
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced phlebotomy environments
