Job Summary
Phlebotomist Float to perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across multiple sites in Orange County and LA County. Responsibilities include data entry of patient information, processing and labeling specimens, collecting for drug screens and paternity/alcohol tests, assisting with billing as needed, and providing exceptional customer service. Travel to additional sites is required; role supports bilingual (Spanish/English) communication, and requires ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must have a California CPT license and be at least 21 years old; strong teamwork and independent work skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)
