Phlebotomist Float

Float Phlebotomist role servicing the Phoenix metro East Valley sites. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all ages, collecting specimens for drug screens and tests, accurate data entry of patient information, processing billing and collecting payments when required, preparing specimens for testing, maintaining logs, delivering superior patient service, and performing administrative duties as needed. Travel to additional sites is required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1+ year experience; bilingual English/Spanish; valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; color blindness testing; 21+ years old; flexibility for overtime; strong communication and teamwork skills.
