Job Summary

Schedule typically Monday–Friday with varying hours and rotating Saturdays; pay range $17.75–$21.00 per hour plus potential incentive and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to additional sites as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Pass color blindness test (if applicable)
- Minimum age 21
