Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, perform accurate data entry of patient information, and process billing and payments. Prepare all collected specimens for analysis, maintain patient and specimen logs, and handle administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed to support float coverage across locations. Schedule Monday through Friday with varying hours between 6:00am-6:00pm and rotating Saturdays. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a color blindness test. Minimum of 21 years old with high school diploma or GED; certification preferred over experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation
- At least 21 years' old
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
