Phlebotomist

Responsible for obtaining blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary collection methods. Adheres to laboratory policies and procedures while maintaining compliance and confidentiality. Requires knowledge of laboratory environment, medical terminology, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team setting and manage competing priorities. Completion of a phlebotomy class or related experience is required.
