Phlebotomist

Perform blood collection procedures using venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques to ensure accurate and safe specimen collection. Conduct workplace drug screenings adhering to strict protocols and manage specimen processing for both in-house and reference laboratories. Handle clerical work including data entry and maintain communication through phone and fax. Collaborate with laboratory technicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless operation and compliance with healthcare standards. This role operates within the Laboratory Services Department at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, supporting trauma cases, ICU patients, and complex disease management with rapid, specialized testing.
