Phlebotomist Clinic

Phlebotomist collects capillary and venipuncture blood specimens from patients of all ages, assists with non-blood collections, and ensures specimen integrity through accurate patient identification, labeling, collection steps, and transport. Performs occasional point-of-care testing (e.g., glucose) and associated quality control, communicates effectively to support department workflow, and adheres to procedures to meet turnaround times. The role includes documenting and reporting laboratory and patient information per standard operating procedures and contributing to exceptional customer service within a healthcare setting.
