Phlebotomist - Client Office (Part Time)

Job Summary
Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests. Collect specimens for testing and analysis, perform accurate data entry of patient information, and process billing and payments. Prepare all collected specimens for testing, maintain patient and specimen logs, and handle administrative duties as necessary. Provide superior customer service to all patients while traveling to additional sites when needed. Work Monday-Thursday 11am-7:00pm with a rotating Saturday schedule in a Client Office or Patient Service Center.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Monday-Thursday 11am-7:00pm with 1-hour lunch break
- Rotating Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years or more of phlebotomy experience
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
