Job Summary
Phlebotomist position in Cibolo, TX for Sonic Healthcare USA. In this role you will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect/prepare non-blood specimens, and ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. You will champion safety, compliance, and quality control while delivering exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy training or experience; strong communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred: 2+ years of laboratory training or experience and certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians. Location emphasizes PHI handling and adherence to privacy standards.
