Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist responsible for performing venipunctures, capillary sticks, and other specimen collection techniques for patients of all ages. Tasks include reviewing patient charts and ordering correct lab tests in the EHR, ensuring accurate patient identification, labeling, and processing of specimens, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Provide compassionate, professional patient service; keep equipment and supplies organized and documentation accurate. Position is full-time and in-person in Rochester Hills, MI, with standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule and benefits including PTO, health, dental/vision insurance, retirement/401K.
