Phlebotomist 36 Hours Per Week (AM)

Collect blood specimens, register patients, enter data into the computer system, and process paperwork for laboratory office duties. Prepare specimens for testing or send them to central or reference laboratories, handling blood, body fluid, and urine according to established procedures. Perform limited waived and specified non-waived point-of-care tests as authorized by the Laboratory Director. Act as a driver and participate in the on-call rotation as required in some facilities. Requires a high school diploma, previous phlebotomy experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to other locations.
