Job Summary
PHLCITYID Engagement and Outreach Worker will develop and implement community outreach and engagement plans to promote the Municipal ID program, attend community meetings and events to provide information, assist residents in obtaining Municipal ID, help align with city agencies and nonprofit partners, build relationships with stakeholders, manage appointments and paperwork, and contribute to outreach metrics and campaigns; strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills are required; bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred (Arabic, Urdu, Mandarin, Chinese, Russian).
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education or experience
- Minimum of two years of experience working with diverse communities
- Willingness to travel citywide and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid Driver’s License required
