Job Summary
Baker (Back of House) and Team Member / Retailer (Front of House) at Paris Baguette — PHL Airport: Prepare and bake breads, pastries, donuts, and desserts; operate ovens and equipment; follow recipes and production schedules; rotate and stock ingredients; maintain clean, organized station; support daily production goals. Team Members greet guests, operate Toast POS, prepare coffee/beverages, maintain pastry displays, assist with merchandising and seasonal promotions, and work across roles (Barista, POS Champion, Greeter, Merchandiser, Pick-Up Specialist). Requires 1+ year in bakery production or customer service/retail preferred, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and availability for early morning/evening/weekend shifts; airport environment background check and U.S. work eligibility. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year bakery production experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
- ServSafe Certification (preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with early morning or overnight shifts
- Strong teamwork and time management skills
- Must be able to pass airport background check and badging process
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
