Philanthropy & Public Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate donor and public engagement activities, including event logistics for the annual convention and regional networks, while managing donor inquiries and constituent communications. Process US donation deposits, clear private donor cheques, and maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite. Support the VP, Philanthropy & Public Engagement with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel bookings, expense processing, and document preparation. Create presentations, edit photo albums, and ensure consistent communication materials align with brand guidelines. Full-time, hybrid role (3 days in office) starting August 2026 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in administration, communications, philanthropy, fundraising or public engagement
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity, supporting the activities of an executive or department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience working with databases (donor, financial)
- Occasional travel
