Job Summary
Direct the day-to-day operations of the Women's Auxiliary and Angel Tree programs by supervising staff and volunteers, managing recruitment and training, and coordinating event logistics. Lead fundraising initiatives and donor engagement while serving as the primary liaison to the Auxiliary, providing research, reports, and materials to committees and leadership. Monitor program performance through data analysis, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and maintain accurate records of financial documentation and member lists. Collaborate with the Development Team to execute campaigns and assist in donor stewardship. Requires Monday-Friday 40-hour schedule with some weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
- Valid State Drivers License
- Four years progressively responsible experience demonstrating a record of accomplishment in supervising volunteers as well as organizing, coordinating and managing of events/projects
- preference in a non-profit setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in project management, event planning, or related field
