Job Summary
Philanthropy Officer responsible for securing major philanthropic investments and managing a 100-150 donor portfolio. Lead donors through the full fundraising cycle—from prospecting and cultivation to solicitation and stewardship—collaborate with leadership and volunteers to develop donor strategies, track donor interactions in the database, analyze fundraising metrics, and ensure ethical fundraising standards. Travel required. Works across the development team to grow philanthropic revenue and donor engagement, supporting capital and general operating needs for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, 3 to 5 years successful experience in major or planned gift fundraising preferred and preferably in healthcare or a combination of comparable education and experience
