Job Summary

Philanthropy Manager leads fundraising strategy, grant development, donor relations, event management, and stewardship programs for the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation, in collaboration with the Executive Director and Foundation Board, to advance the Foundation and hospital mission and community impact.

Required Qualifications

  • BA or BS preferred but not required
  • Progressive and measurable fundraising experience in a nonprofit organization
  • Minimally 5 years of leadership experience
  • Event strategy and execution
  • Public speaking and professional presentation
  • Board relations and communication
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
  • Financial oversight and donor accountability
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced fundraising and grant writing expertise
  • Donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management
