Job Summary
Philanthropy Manager leads fundraising strategy, grant development, donor relations, event management, and stewardship programs for the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation, collaborating with the Executive Director, Foundation Board, hospital leadership, physicians, staff, and community partners to advance the mission and strategic priorities of the Foundation and Great Falls Clinic Hospital. The role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure strong financial performance, donor engagement, and community impact, and serves as a key connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting hospital initiatives through community outreach, advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration. Education is BA/BS preferred but not required; candidates should have progressive nonprofit fundraising experience, at least 5 years of leadership experience, advanced fundraising and grant writing expertise, strong communication and public speaking skills, board relations experience, and a track record of donor cultivation and stewardship.

- Donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management
