Job Summary
Conduct hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor engagement while supporting Tanager's mission to inspire, empower, and heal children and families. Work alongside the Philanthropy team to gain exposure to strategies, operations, and relationship-building efforts that sustain nonprofit organizations. Participate in mentoring, project-based learning, and practical experience to develop professional skills applicable to careers in fundraising, nonprofit management, communications, marketing, and public service.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Interest in nonprofit organizations and philanthropy
